Electronic rearview mirror (CMS)
Electronic rearview mirror is a system composed of a camera and a monitor, which needs to clearly see the rear and side view of the vehicle within a specified field of view. It is a new type of indirect vision device, referred to as the "camera monitor system" or CMS in the new GB15084 standard.
Compared to traditional optical rearview mirrors, CMS has a smaller size and the rearview lens is replaced by a camera, which then presents the image on the display screen instead of the traditional intuitive lens.
